As a Tech Talent Acquisition Partner, you’re immersed within the tech industry with a deep understanding of the landscape, able to communicate our business, positions, tech stack and culture in a way that will connect with a candidate's motivations.
Finding exceptional talent isn’t just about spending hours on LinkedIn, you’re creative and use a variety of innovative hiring strategies to connect with the best talent and expand your reach beyond the usual methods.
You will directly impact our business, growing our tech team and supporting how we continue to transform and digitise the hair and beauty industry.
You will be responsible for :
Partnering with hiring managers to understand their core requirements and maintain a consultative approach.
Proactively source passive candidates through a diverse range of sourcing methods (We welcome creativity here!)
Advocate Treatwell, our culture and tech team and be a true ambassador of the business both internally and externally at grad fairs, meet-ups and other events
Collaborate with the wider talent team, tech department and marketing to share best practices, new ideas and key projects
Continuously seek opportunities to optimise our process and create the best experience for all stakeholders.
Delivering a 7 star candidate experience, we hire a lot but we care deeply in doing it well. Candidate experience is for us a non negotiable!
About you :
Proven experience recruiting tech positions (e.g. engineering, product etc) in ideally a similar environment
Strong understanding of what makes a candidate good and what makes them extraordinary
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (not only internally, we also want you to get creative writing job descriptions)
The ability to think internationally and expand your search beyond borders
Adaptable, comfortable with change and ambiguity
Good understanding of Data, KPI on the hiring process
Persuasive, able to push back on hiring leaders when required and use your expertise.
Fluent English (other languages like Italian, Spanish or Portuguese are a plus)
