Be proactive and participate in the development of the Group!

We’re looking for a proactive, problem solving and excellent communication skills HR-PMO to join the RISK Human Resources Team at BNP Paribas.

You will be based in Madrid working alongside with the HR Spain team reporting only to the RISK Head of Rewards and Data Analytics, based in Paris.

To ensure the cohesion with the RISK HR team you will spend 1 week in Paris monthly.

Mission :

This role will be three-fold, firstly overseeing the CRP (Compensation Review Process) coordination. Secondly managing (new and existing) projects / programmes associated to new technologies either on Compensation or HR data subjects.

Finally, the construction and follow up of the budget for the Human Resources service.

The ideal person for this role loves to collaborate with other PMO’s, HR specialists, data professionals from other teams.

This is a newly created position which offers a large variety of projects within an international context.

The position has no direct reports.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible to coordinate the Compensation Review Process (CRP), support the roll out and deployment of the projects that are associated to new technologies.

As well you will be in charge of the communication plan in for the Compensation & Benefits team

In strong relation with finance you are responsible of the follow up, forecast, provisions for the HR budget (headcount, training initiatives, and communication).

Periodically you will assure the follow up of expenses and analyses the expenses and the good execution of the budget

You will be implicated to work on projects of optimization of HR process

Required Skills / Knowledge

Experience at a senior level in a PMO

Ownership of the organization’s Project Delivery Approach, its implementation, establishment and iteration

Ability to and experience of providing input to organizational business and budget planning

Ability to juggle different projects / priorities and deliver high quality outcomes under pressure

Advanced IT skills in relation to Word, PowerPoint and Excel and MS Project or other project tools

Ability to be flexible by adapting quickly to changing priorities

Strong interpersonal, time management and problem-solving skills

Excellent attention to detail, both written and numerical, and commitment to quality

Strong attention to detail, analytical acumen, intellectual curiosity, creativity

Ability to work independently for day-to-day tasks to ensure goals and priorities are met.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Strong communication skills necessary to interface with staff at all levels in a fast-paced multi-tasked environment.


Three years related experience as a PMO and Compensation subjects

HR reporting and data analysis

Job requirements :

Ability to work extended hours

Ability to travel on monthly basis

Excellent written & spoken English essential, French language skills would be a plus


BA / BS in HR, Business / Finance / Business, IT or related field or equivalent work experience
