This person is responsible for generating new accounts, maintaining existing and / or reinstating inactive. Contact new providers, who have recently registered with ClearCorrect, and guide them through submitting their (first) cases.
Contact doctors showing interest working with Straumann orthodontic solutions (qualification)
Familiarize new providers with the submission process (activation)
Following up with providers who have sent cases (new, slow or stopped submission) to further develop their utilization rate
Recording and updating statistics (activities, use, production, complaints, )
Soliciting referrals who are interested in becoming providers (lead generation)
Strong Sales orientation
Technical, medical or commercial education preferred (BA-level)
Fluent in English, any other European language is an advantage
Costumer focused, high self-motivation,
Strong communication skills verbal and in written
Proven track record of on-target achievement
Masters hectic situations in a calm and structured way
High level of time management and team orientation
At least 2 years Sales / Account management experience, including inside / telephone sales
