Main Tasks :

  • Identification and qualification of prospects and deciders in the targeted companies
  • Qualification of outbound and possible inbound leads to generating consistent sales, opt-ins or opportunities
  • Identify leads and conduct lead management, manage qualification of the leads and deliver good quality data.
  • Use of CRM tool to report daily activity which includes efficient opportunities management through hunting, prospecting and cold calling
  • Cooperate with country team members to support planned activities, manage leads handover and follow-up on opportunities.

  • Proactively approach given list of accounts / prospects and win them over
  • Present products and services in a clear and polite manner
  • Handle objections and pass through them to generate sales opportunity
  • Track, manage and report created, disqualified and transferred leads
  • Achieve quota target monthly
  • Efficiently handle email commercial correspondence
  • Hours and Benefits :

  • 39 hours / week : Monday to Friday from 09 : 00 to 18 : 00
  • Salary for 39 hours : 20.124 Euros gross / year + up to 4.800 Euros gross / year

  • Requirements :

  • Native English and fluent Italian
  • Previous experience in telemarketing / sales
  • Self-organization and time management skills
  • Great communication skills and professional self confidence
  • Ability to work towards both long- and short-term objectives
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry (desirably)
