Position SummaryAre you ready to lead Nestlé’s new Information Technology (IT) : Analytics, Data and Integration (ADI) Stream Operations team globally?

As a Stream Operations Manager, you will manage Analytics, Data and Integration (ADI) Stream operations and a global team, working with different product groups to structure / manage projects and programs in line with the organization IT strategy.

You’ll develop a clear understanding of the product groups’ strategies and work with supplier teams to ensure delivery of high-quality services exceeding business expectations.

The overarching goal of this role is to ensure that quality, efficiency, productivity and agility goals are achieved at the best value for money.

You will align business and technology stake / shareholders as well as manage and lead the agreed operations portfolio within a global cross-matrix organization.

  • You will be responsible to benchmark internally and externally to find new modern tools, solutions and support models that could be applied in Nestle to improve end user experience with IT services.
  • You will be supporting product teams in the full life cycle of all products, from ideation and strategy through delivery to retirement, on time, on budget and to quality.
  • You team will be facilitating the management of product metrics together with the office of the CIO through success metrics,) as possible with proper defined ITSM processes, KPIs, Survey, Net Promoter Scores (NPS - Performance matrix)· You will set strategy and lead operations to ensure customer / receiver focused teams, work processes and systems supporting business model innovations made on data driven decision· You practice and processes that support Nestlé's initiative to simplify the life of the end users, standardize work across Nestlé markets and businesses and share above market in centers of scale and competency.
  • A Day in the Life of a Stream Operations Manager· You will seek out ways to automate & simplify manual processes in order to improve Operations efficiency· You will help facilitate the compliance, security and effective delivery of audit operations throughout the Product Groups· You will take ownership of vendor contract framework to ensure best practice are covered including;
  • KPIs, Service Level Agreements, audit rights, cancellation periods, etc.· You will help project manage X-product programs where necessary· You will act as the site leader in the nearshore hub for ADI· You will help facilitate and act as a custodian of a communication strategy for ADI· You will understand what is available in the marketplace and create the strategy and vision for the Global Operations strategy in your group.

    o Ensure analysis of the competitive landscape especially for Total Cost of Ownership and value for money to inform the product strategy and the product lifecycles.

    o Work across the organization with stakeholders, suppliers, other product managers and the Office of the CIO to ensure the success of your product group.

  • You will guide your team to deliver products in the operations area which meet the needs of your consumers and deliver demonstrable value for money to your stakeholderso Apply product management discipline to each product within the product group and proactively manage product life cycles.
  • o Ensure increased product adoption, customer and consumer satisfaction and other value indicators.· You will put in place the right measures and controls to manage the risk profile of your products and demonstrate their compliance to the appropriate standards.

  • You will participate in the IT governance processes to set priorities and resolve conflicts across multiple product groups.
  • You will drive the governance of the products and services delivered by your unit, ensuring the quality and operational excellence required by the business.
  • You will work with procurement and partner management teams to manage suppliers and partners.· You will facilitate the budget process discussions during monthly operational reviews· To do this you will lead, develop and enable a team, building the right capabilities for the organization’s long-term success.
  • What else will make you successful?

  • Demonstrated experience in a large IT organization with multiple, diverse technologies delivering solutions for end users
  • Strong Understanding and practical application of personal computing devices technology trends, leading industry analysts (Gartner, Forrester), and new evolving business models
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably computer science or field related to the product
  • Demonstrated experience in a product based IT organization
  • 12+ years’ experience in IT (e.g Business Analytics, Project Management, Product Management ...)
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong understanding of basic system engineering, information risk and security guidelines, and architecture standards
  • Excellent understanding of business complexity and interdependencies
  • Understanding of how the technologies within the scope are applied by best-in-class companies
  • Above-average organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities at the same time
  • Experience working in large, multi-national enterprises in globally diverse virtual teams
  • Excellent English communication skills applied with different stakeholders, nationalities, and mediums (face-to-face and remote)
