Implementation Project Manager
What will I be doing?
As an Implementation Project Manager at ProQuest within our Innovative Solutions team, you will be the project manager for the implementation of our products.
Supporting our clients, ensuring the product and services they purchased are delivered on time and to their very highest standards.
To achieve this goal, you will work with teams internally checking to ensure that important deadlines are being met and thigs are on track.
You will be the liaison between the product teams and the clients, nudging the project forward and keeping financials on track.
In this position, you will also
Lead and coordinate the activities of multiple members of each project team, including data analysts, systems engineers, trainers, custom application developers, customer support staff, research and development staff, third party vendors, and other internal and external resources as required.
Establish, track, and maintain project schedules.
Actively manage issues, risks, and escalations for assigned projects.
Serve as the primary point of contact with the customer.
Serve as the in-house project advocate with other staff members including R&D, Support, and other Professional Services team members.
Track all billable activities and deliverables.
Ensure the quality delivery of all contract deliverables.
Produce and maintain a range of reports and reporting tools to keep project team members, and company management, up to date on the status of each implementation.
Provide specialized training, workflow analysis, and other consultation to customers.
Identify critical path for project success in formal project plan.

Qualified Candidates must have
Bachelor’s degree, or a combination of some college and work experience.
Minimum 2 years of project management experience.
Experience in a technology focused field.
Solid organizational skills including strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities and meet deadlines.
Demonstrated expertise in producing high quality deliverables.
Fluency in English
Superstar Candidates May Also Have
MLIS degree preferred.
Experience in the library industry preferred.

Other important information about this position :
This position will be field based in Spain, but consideration will be given to applications from Ireland, the UK, or France.
This position requires weekday (Monday - Friday) attendance with some scheduling flexibility available around core working hours.
