Own the creation of the winning vision and a successful whole offering localisation strategy for NetSuite's products across the Southern Europe Region (France / Italy / Spain), taking into account the region's diverse statutory, linguistic and cultural landscape, in the context of our Act Global, Be Local product vision.
Reporting to the EMEA International Product Director, be the face of the product organization and lead for the region, defining product strategy locally, identifying product gaps, create feature backlogs, identify and collaborate with regional partners as part of the whole offering and prioritize product investments by making smart, decisive tradeoffs using data-
driven analysis and sound judgment.
Whole offering product strategy lead, owner and representative for the Southern Europe Region with an emphasis on Spain and France as a key strategic markets.
Deeply understand the operational, statutory and compliance needs of businesses in the region and create the product and market-
facing strategy to win against domestic competitors in market
Be a hands-on leader who owns and executes part of the regional localisation plan
Collaborate closely with Development, QA, XD, and Technical Writing teams to deliver delightful products to our customers
Partner with Marketing, Sales, Professional Services and Support to align Market-specific execution plans in order to successfully rollout our products and ensure a great end-
to-end customer experience
Work extensively with local teams to help execute on the rapid expansion plans in market
Identify and work with regional ISVs as part of the SuiteCloud Developer Network to fill product localisation gaps and meet local requirements beyond the scope of the NetSuite's existing products
Collaborate with NetSuite executive management to get input and achieve alignment on the vision and roadmap
Be a thought leader within and beyond NetSuite on the role of Cloud-based Business Management systems in transforming business operations
To present and be the voice of the product in region, at customer / prospect events, customer meetings, industry and marketing events
Work closely with the Senior EMEA Product lead in helping shape and define the broader product goals and strategy for the European market, a key area of expansion for Oracle NetSuite
Qualifications / Skills :
Deep understanding of ERP, CRM, eCommerce and PSA technologies, and regional competitors. Experience in managing a Finance & Accounting function in a regional business and in creating / localizing Business Applications is a big plus
5+ years of software Product Management experience. Thorough understanding of PM skills, processes, and best practices, and ability to teach to others
2+ years’ experience managing people, preferably software Product Managers. Proven ability to manage and grow others
Passion for and ability to understand customer needs and deliver great solutions. A track record for building products with exceptional user experience
Excellent strategic thinking and prioritization skills. Ability to create a winning roadmap to achieve business goals while making difficult tradeoff decisions
Excellent communication and cross-functional teamwork skills
Great intuition and judgment on how to make software that is easy to use and improves business efficiency
Fluency in either French, Italian or Spanish is a pre-requisite and other languages a distinct advantage
Business / Accounting / Computer Science / Engineering degree or experience is a plus

Manage a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution.
Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project / product on schedule and within budget.
As a manager in the product development division, you will lead a team that defines product specifications and or strategy.
Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Communicate product strategy and functionality.
Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.
Leads a specialized area which may have diverse functional elements. Frequently interacts with supervisors and / or functional peer group managers.
May interact with senior management. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills. Strong communication skills, analytical skills, thorough understanding of product development and product management.
BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 1 year of software engineering or related experience.
