The legal department France is looking for : A Business Lawyer IT H / F CDI position based in Nanterre (92) Reporting to the Legal Director France and within a team of 3 people, you will be in charge of legal support and advice for ADP's operational activities in France, in the following main areas :

  • Writing, analyzing and negotiating customer contracts, suppliers and partners
  • Customer Service Support
  • Assistance, legal advice to operational staff
  • Training of commercial and operational legal topics
  • Marketing support as part of the development of new offers
  • Implementation of the Group's RGPD policy
  • For this, you will have for main missions :

  • Consulting and legal expertise in the negotiation of IT-dominated commercial contracts, as well as other types of contracts
  • Advice to operational and risk analysis on issues related to the field of computer and NICT
  • Support and legal advice to the Marketing Department in the context of the creation of new offers / projects and provide support when drafting / modifying service offer description documents
  • Review, negotiation of contracts with major subcontractors and partners
  • Assisting salespeople in responding to calls for tender including public procurement
  • Ensure compliance with company practices, particularly with the "Informatique et Libertés" regulation
  • Raise awareness and train operational staff on legal issues
  • Follow-up of pre-litigation and litigation files
  • Ensure the deployment and respect of ADP group policies in the legal field
  • Participate in the development of a legal Intranet site
  • Advanced training in business law and / or NTIC (Bac + 5), you are ideally holder of CAPA. You have a minimum of 5 years experience in negotiating commercial contracts, either in a company or in a law , commercial law and personal data law (RGPD).

    You have the ability to understand business issues and apply your technical and legal expertise in a business environment.

    You have developed skills to communicate and work in teams and with the operational staff, advise them and train them on legal issues.

    Writing skills and clarity of expression are essential prerequisites. Proactivity, the ability to mobilize effectively on various topics and the management of priorities in a dynamic environment are assets needed to succeed in this position.

    The mastery of English is essential (international environment). Technical knowledge of computer-related aspects can be a very valuable addition.
