We are looking for a talented Content & Marketing Manager to take full responsibility of our inbound marketing strategies including social media, blogs and lead generation.
Our ideal candidate is a creative marketing professional, preferably with a writing background. You should be able to develop engaging content to attract and retain customers.
For this position, it’s also essential to be up-to-date with new technologies, marketing trends and deeply understanding about Online and Office Channels in ES.
Ultimately, you should be able to expand our company’s digital footprint and brand awareness.
This position reports to the Country Manager in close alignment with the Marketing Manager.
Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
Working with Influencers : Appoint, manage, develop
Lead Generation activities
Live shopping during campaigns
Close cooperation with the Performance team
General text translations
Produce high-quality articles, blogs, email marketing messages and web copy
Work closely with senior leaders, marketing teammates, and other departments to create effective communications strategies that articulate our product’s core benefits properly and consistently
Optimize content considering SEO and Google Analytics
Share content through various channels, ensuring strong web presence
Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement
Development of retail digital plans to increase sales and optimize budgets.
Proven work experience as a Content marketing manager
Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
Knowledge in Retailers and Telcos.
Knowledge of available tools and key Business and Marketing pillars in each channel in order to develop proper plans expanding the XPLORA brand.
Proficiency in MS Office and WordPress or other Content Management Software
Ability to manage multiple projects and juggle priorities
Understanding of web publishing requirements
Editorial mindset with an ability to predict audience preferences
Hands on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics
Expertise in social media platforms
Project management skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and writing skills in Spanish and English
BSc degree in Marketing, Journalism or relevant field
