This is a Europe Sector Team role on the transformation ISCP program Prolink 2.0. Europe Sector Services are investing $16.
3MM to deploy Prolink 2.0 including Customer VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) functionality for Europe.
Prolink 2.0 aims to finish the deployment of a common Integrated Supply Chain Planning Template (iSCP) across Europe. Main BU involved in the program are UK, Germany, Ukraine, CIS, West Balkans and East Balkans.
In addition, the project includes the build & pilot of new & standardized Customer VMI functionality for Europe, allowing us to manage inventory at the customer site & simplifying their administrative processes.
This role will support the team mission to focus on increasing capability build for all PepsiCo Europe Supply Chain (inventory optimization, obsoletes reduction, warehousing efficiencies and manufacturing efficiencies).
The team, including this role, will be accountable for leveraging advanced technology, implementing new business processes, and developing highly capable people to deliver the committed savings.
The role will have accountability implementing planning guiding principles and business processes of the Demand Planning function as well as leading the change management activities required to support effective deployment of the Blue Yonder (JDA) tool within every BU in Scope.
As summary, the Prolink - ISCP Lead Manager :
Reports to the Prolink - ISCP Prolink - Director
Acts as Business Process Lead (BPL) for the Sector Template
Maintains a relationship to all BUs to capture best practice
Lead the business process team to complete on-time deliverables; project milestones, report progress, document project risks and develop mitigation solutions to minimize issue impact
Engage the appropriate Supply Chain leaders and SME’s for all BUs in the scope to standardize the Demand Planning processes to ensure alignment with the ISCP template
Identify specific Category and Go to Market requirements based on business and external input including Supply Chain Operating Model and Commercial requirements
Support translation of business requirements into functional specifications, testing and training plans, matching the needs of the business with the use of business solutions
Support build of business change plan for BUs end users and ensure it is implemented successfully as part of the project - business readiness and change management approach
Identifies potential supply chain risks and communicate to the Prolink ISCP-Director
Support / Deliver the Demand Planning solution for all business units included
Support / Deliver the development of training material with the change management
Support / Co-Lead the testing activities and defect resolution from Unit testing through User Acceptance testing
Ensure that the BU and Sector points are properly prepared to deploy ISCP
Support preparation of deployment activities in other markets
Qualifications / Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
5+ Years experience in Demand Planning, Demand Planning implementation tools and / or field supply chain experience
Be a recognized PepsiCo leader in Demand Planning, having strong understanding of Supply Chain business process :
Short term Demand Planning (DPST)
Long term Demand Planning (DPLT)
Demand Enrinchment (DE)
Promotion Management (PM)
In depth understanding of the Supply Chain organizational structure in the BUs
Can translate business needs into solution design
Assists in or deliver presentations to a variety of audience levels
Actively communicates to managerial and technology leadership project status
Provides training and mentoring to less experienced team members
Ability to make appropriate tactical decisions necessary to complete assigned projects
Possesses technical knowledge in order to execute project deliverables
