PS Device-as-a-Service (DaaS) PC Lifecycle Management is a new and growing business opportunity and a strategic interest for the company to position HP as an end-to-end service lifecycle management provider in the commercial computing environment.
The HP-on-HP program gives an opportunity for HP internal employee end users to also benefit from services in the DaaS commercial portfolio.
The Global PC Lifecycle Management deals commercial costing tools consultant is an accomplished Business Planning and Deal Delivery expert & practitioner with proven relevant practical experience and innovative thinking, who will independently manage the PC Lifecycle services delivery costing for commercial opportunities leveraging the internal HP-on-HP service capabilities.
The role will be part of the Global Accounts Business Operations Team, and may also manage other business ops / financial processes for commercial accounts.
Manage the pre-win costing for new PC Lifecycle Management global DaaS opportunities
Develops costing tools for PC Lifecycle Management and Refurb capabilities deals
Manages delivery cost planning with Suppliers
Manages delivery cost planning for individual projects, deals and service expansions
Manages stakeholder relationship and interactions with the CS and HP IT finance teams
Manages Continuous Service Improvement initiatives as projects, for business impact
Education and Experience :
Typically 8+ years of established and proven track record in Service Management and / or Business Planning functions
Bachelor / Master educational degree in one of the following areas : financial management, business planning / management, operational management
Knowledge and Skills :
HP Inc. service delivery financial processes knowledge & practical expertise (LTP, budget planning, cost structure, monthly flash, etc.)
Experience with commercial deals as Account Manager, Delivery Assurance Manager and / or Transition Manager
Service management (e.g. ITIL) practical experience, ITIL Foundation certification, higher ITIL certification levels are a strong advantage
HP Delivery end-to-end process expertise, including delivery functions & roles understanding (contact center, supply chain, service fulfillment, etc.)
Project Management experience, especially with (Continuous) Service Improvement projects and relevant certifications (e.
g. Lean Sigma) / practical experience
Data analytics skills and ability for data-driven decision making
Experience in multiple functions (e.g. business, sales, marketing) is an advantage
Other Requirements :
Excellent written and verbal communication in English, other languages are an advantage
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience in virtual team environments
Experience and willingness to work in global / multi-regional business environments
Experience in customer facing roles is an advantage
