You are a key component on E-commerce acceleration.
In charge of key customer e-commerce annual plan strategy definition for a set of customers.
In charge of brand e-commerce annual plan strategy definition for a set of most relevant Puig brands.
KPI definition & monitoring in order to evaluate and rethink the plan put in place if needed.
Relationship with customers in order to negotiate the plan and guide & assist omnichannel traders in order to implement the best plan.
Relationship with internal departments in order to be able to deliver to the market the best assets & content possible (marketing, sales and global teams)
Prepare presentations at an internal (stakeholders to achieve plan roll out) as well as external level (customer)
Supports the translation of the brands marketing strategy to an e-commerce retailer plan driving brand awareness and boosting sell-out across customers within the channel : ideation, planning & budgeting, production and assist omnichannel trader implementation.

Develop and build long-term relationships with key e-retailers to drive online visibility & sales and ensure the best-in-class online shopping experience to customers.
Execution and monitoring of the on-site permanent visibility : added value and SEO friendly content, promotion of ratings and reviews / sampling and updates during main KCPs.
Working closely with the digital marketing and PR local teams to ensure an efficient decision-making when dealing with redirection and paid media / social campaigns, based on variables such as : e-retailers’ activation plan and its business impact, counterparts and roles.
Gather market data to understand and provide a mapping of the competitive landscape of our category.
Sales : Collaborates closely with sales teams in order to build and implement the adequate online plan for each customer.
Budget negotiation skills in order to maximize activation plans.
Customers : Build the proposals that best fit the needs of the client for a purpose of conversion. Negotiate activation slots, ensure implementation and performance monitoring in order to learn from what’s done.
Building as well as execution of online retail excellence mission. Always aware of new activation dynamics available within the retailer’s website through constant relationship with customer.
Marketing : Supports the delivery of marketing materials and content to our customers and requires to marketing teams any specific materials that might support the e-commerce development strategy.
Global teams : close relationship with global brand teams and e-commerce global teams based worldwide in order to assess and challenge asset production in order to adapt it to the market, best practice sharing and receiving and reporting.
Suppliers : Relationship with creativity agency in order to build assets that will finally be implemented within retailer’s websites.
Relationship with other e-commerce suppliers within the purpose of sales objective achievement.
Experience : 2 years of experience in a Digital or E-commerce position. Consultancy, strategy areas and Digital Marketing or Digital business notions are a plus.
Education : University Degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar.
Languages : Native Spanish and fluent English
Specific Knowledge required : Excellent knowledge of MS Office, digital media notions (SEO / SEM, main digital media metrics, social media relevant)
