ØTo provide technical support; answering support queries either onsite or via phone or email.
ØTo maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to IS Policies and Procedures.
ØTo take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues.
ØTo log all calls on the call logging system and maintain full documentation.
ØRespond to enquiries from clients and help them resolve any hardware or software problems.
ØMaintain a log of any software or hardware problems detected.
ØSupport users in the use of Computer equipment by providing necessary training and advice.
ØTo escalate more complex service issues to the relevant IT personnel.
ØTroubleshooting & Problem Solving of Workstation related problems
ØMaintaining Asset Register of all IT equipment in IS Workshop and Department
ØImplement, managing and maintaining Workstations 10
ØImplementing & Support of MS O365 products
ØInstallation and Support of Network & Local Printers
ØInstallation and Support of Network Devices Wifi, Switches, routers
ØRequired to work long hours from time to time
ØOn Call 2 weeks monthly
ØVideoconference experience support can be a good plus.
ØExcellent skills in user IT infrastructure Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Handhelds, Smartphone etc.
ØProven technical skills in Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems and business productivity applications i.e. Office
ØOutstanding Client Service Skills
ØExcellent Interpersonal skills
ØDiploma in IT or A+ / N+ certification
ØExperience in Remedy, SNOW, Manage Engine, Active Directory, Air Watch
ØA minimum of 3 Years of experience in Desktop Support
ØExcellent command of the Local and English Language both verbal and written
ØWindows , Mac (PC, table, cell phones), Android
ØAntivirus (McAfee, Norton, Panda, Avast, Kaspersky y Microsoft Security Essentials)
ØMedium / High English Language both verbal and written
