You will be contributing to our growth by managing day-to-day operations in our new financial market in Netherlands. Please note, in the beginning this is a part-time job offer and you will be expected to work 20 hours a week during AREX market operational hours (9.
00 - 17.00 CET). As a part of Market Operations team you will taking care of the whole operational cycle in Dutch market and your key responsibilities will include : Participating on a daily basis in invoice trading process, including performance of appropriate controls and checks Taking care of daily debt collection duties in Dutch market : initiating and monitoring collection activities, addressing client queries, finding and contacting debtors to arrange debt payoffs, develop repayment plans, working with collection agencies to handle legal collection activities and keeping up-to-date records.
Troubleshooting and resolving customer queries & issues Consolidating feedback and process improvement needs and liaising with the appropriate internal teams for execution Taking care of the phone line addressed to Dutch customers Helping Market Operations team with other possible daily tasks Main requirements : Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or equivalent 1+ years customer service experience, preferably in financial services or accounting field Preferably knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, billing process Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written in Dutch and English languages and excellent phone etiquette Experience with CRM tools (for example, Hubspot) and MS office suites Ready to work in a dynamic and challenging start-up environment Problem solving and customer-oriented mind comfortable with numbers Ability to multi-tasking Benefits : You will be part of a fun, high-achieving work environment and will have the chance to be part of something truly revolutionary, plus : Competitive compensation package Private health insurance.
