Role Overview

Support key Reward processes, programmes and activities in both the Centre and Europe by managing reward processes, system implications, communications and providers.

Take full ownership of Reward Communications and building tools that support both the business and Reward function, including keeping current tools updated.

Using knowledge of HRIS and central business service teams, provide an interface between DT, SBS and Reward. Provide support on Reward projects, including support in designing, developing or enhancing Reward processes and tools.

Key role outputs

  • Provide support to the Executive Remuneration team on both Exec comp and Annual Report preparation - this includes analysis, data coordination, liaising with external suppliers
  • Provide support on LTIP management - including liaising with SBS, external providers and internal share management teams
  • Reward programme design and communication : provide support in designing and communicating reward programme elements, including liaising with SBS, HR and ensuring that the HR wiki is accurate and up-to-date
  • Supporting the compensation campaign : support in setting the comp calendar and liaising with Talent and SBS on landing the calendar and ensuring links to performance management are strong.
  • Creating education campaigns to support the comp cycle.

  • Europe : providing support on pay topics, including benchmarking, market projections, individual job pricings, regional pay differences etc.
  • Current scope : 39 countries - 10 500 - 22 0000 employees

    Selection of countries : Global and within EMEA : Belgium, Bulgaria, Germany, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Italy, Latvia, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Turkey.

    Education and Experience :

  • University degree
  • At least five years experience in HR
  • Experience navigating a shared services and CoE environment (experience working in a shared services environment as advantage)
  • Demonstrated experience of strong analytical and data skills
  • Demonstrated experience of strong HR system knowledge
  • Demonstrated experience and exposure in an international working environment
  • Experience in Talent an advantage to understand the interlink between Reward and Talent
  • Demonstrated skills in creatively communicating within and outside HR, especially the ability to translate numbers into clear and compelling communication
  • Ability to manage complex, multi functional / geography and fast paced projects
  • Ability to act as a sparring partner for Reward team members and HR business partners
