Support key Reward processes, programmes and activities in both the Centre and Europe by managing reward processes, system implications, communications and providers.
Take full ownership of Reward Communications and building tools that support both the business and Reward function, including keeping current tools updated.
Using knowledge of HRIS and central business service teams, provide an interface between DT, SBS and Reward. Provide support on Reward projects, including support in designing, developing or enhancing Reward processes and tools.
