Job Description :
Understanding of GlobalLink technologies and localization processes
Monitor and respond to internal and client users queries via the Support Center
Troubleshooting of technical issues
Control and license generation of GlobalLink applications
Working with bug tracking software
Documentation of issues for knowledge base
Posting and maintaining information on Confluence and JIRA
Self-training to better understand technologies, localization principles, trends, news
Conduct application training programs for custom-developed software
Delivery of applications training via classroom and eLearning platforms
Learning new programs and creating training materials for new and existing software
Maintaining the knowledge base
Skills / Education required :
BS in Computer Sciences
Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills (English language)
Good technical knowledge overall
Experience with virtualization
Excellent skills with Windows
Mac OS, Unix, and Linux knowledge a plus
Enjoy working with people and being part of a team
Skills preferred :
Experience with technical support and bug reporting tools, identifying, documenting, and tracking support issues and defects
Previous experience with localization engineering or other localization-related roles
Experience with testing websites and web applications
