Paul Davis will grow to become over a $2 Billion business in the next 5 years. Position : Business Development Manager Hours / Week : A) Salaray / Comm Full-time, 40+ hours also 1 P / t 25 Hour position available Compensation :

  • Strong base salary commensurate with experience plus commission

Summary :
  • To increase awareness of the Paul Davis brand- Drive new business revenues for emergency services.
  • To promote the services of Paul Davis and emergency on call pre-need agreements
  • To build industry relationships
  • Responsibilities :

  • Build strong relationships with current and potential clients through B2B, organized events, and cold calling
  • Organize and schedule a calendar of consistent Business-To-Business visits
  • Manage marketing programs found on the Marketing Activity Planner (MAP)
  • Utilize marketing technology software to upload contacts to the CRM, send email campaigns, customize and print marketing collateral, track sales calls, leads, referrals, and notes (SalesForce)
  • Collaborate with the franchisor, communications, and schedule consistent meetings with the Regional Marketing Manager and General Manager
  • Manage social media accounts, post relative content and graphics, monitor all reviews and feedback and reply / follow-up accordingly
  • Attend actual and virtual business networking functions to promote the business
  • Coordinate and manage community and charitable events
  • Schedule, manage, and present Continuing Education courses
  • Research local trade shows and coordinate Paul Davis booth set-up
  • Attend training courses and annual conference seminars as requested
  • Any other duties and responsibilities may be assigned on a needed basis

  • Marketing, Public Relations or Communications degree
  • Two or more years’ sales and marketing experience
  • Franchise, restoration, construction / home improvement, and / or insurance industry experience ideal
  • References, drug testing, and background check may be requested
