In the role of Lead Product Manager Medi-Span you will be responsible for defining and driving the overall market and product strategy for Medi-Span Clinical in the International markets.
You will use your experience and skills to assess market opportunity, evaluate market viability sizing content investment needed to have a winning solutions and will define and drive GTM implementation supporting filed marketing in fine tuning value proposition and driving market segmentation to sales team.

Assess new markets understanding content needs specifities and associated investment in order to build sustainable play Identify acquisition and partner targets both for content creation and product delivery to accelerate penetration in the market Collaborate with cross functional teams to manage the development and execution of a comprehensive, strategic go-to-market strategy including value prop development, packaging and pricing models and compelling field marketing deliverables to drive positive and meaningful business growth, including ROI analysis for customers.
Support field marketing team to build market segmentation and local value proposition in coordination with central marketing team JOB QUALIFICATIONS Education : MBA with Bachelor in pharmacy preferred Experience : A minimum of 7 years experience Experience developing market and product strategies and a successful track record of entry in new markets / segments A minimum of 3 years of experience in the IT healthcare industry Experience in strategic consulting preferred Experience building and motivating strong, collaborative teams with an interest in being a hands-on contributor who can roll up their sleeves to get the job done, as well as delegate and manage Experience in building market entry strategy, building business cases with detail assessment of product development needs Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications : P&L experience is a strong plus Clinical / pharmacy background is also a strong plus Business intelligence and market segmentation Experience in information provider industry and Content Management Systems Entrepreneurial mindset TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS Up to 25% travel
