Lead the development of cloud strategy, service portfolio and roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall enterprise architecture roadmap;
Ensure alignment between business strategy and strategic decisions related to cloud architecture, delivery and investments;
Ultimate accountability for performance of the Cloud Hub;
Bridge the gap towards the business and establish good working relationships with business counterparts;
Responsible for performance management, recruiting, coaching and growing of the team;
Manage relationships with key stakeholders (e.g. Data & Analytics, Service Delivery teams, partners);
Shape the Cloud Hub in terms of strategy, structure, roles and responsibilities
Responsible for roadmaps and quarterly plans for the teams;
Represent the Cloud Hub in Senior IT leadership and governance forums;
Make final decisions on investments of the Cloud Hub, and report on fiscal progress;
Foster a good working environment and a culture of Cloud innovation;
Establish and track critical metrics on Cloud Hub performance;
Act as the highest internal escalation point within Cloud Hub for risks and issues.
You have :
5-10+ years of IT management experience, preferably in large organizations;
Experience in Cloud strategy, value realization, cost / benefit and business case activities related to Cloud services;
Proven leadership and management skills;
Ability to communicate and influence at all levels of a cross-functional organization with regards to the Cloud impact on the business side;
Solid understanding (technical and business) of Cloud services and value;
Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies (i.e. DevOps, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.);
History of successful technical consulting and architecture engagements.
