Then join us and work alongside site functional leadership to help drive operational excellence activities. In this role, you will initiate and drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to improve performance anddelivering business impact by supporting and coordinating the deployment of the OE initiatives, the proper communication of the related challenges, progress and achievements and fostering the continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing culture in Tres Cantos site.
You will promote a culture of transparency, will identify and communicate when problems or potential risks arise, and will proactively support the identification for solutions in a results-oriented manner.
The Site OE will lead initiatives in the site OE roadmap and will provide support to the project leader of others. You will coordinate with PMO.
The Site OE will support the development of leadership behaviours on the site by being a role model in terms of attitude : according to our values (courage, respect, responsibility, transparency, integrity and achievement) Boosting Lean culture, change agent mindset, proactivity, positivity, accountability, efficiency, teamwork,
