We are looking for someone to join the global Print Services and Solutions business as a Services Launch Manager in the Managed Print Services team to help HP create services and solutions technology that makes life better for everyone, everywhere.
The role is highly collaborative and will include partnering with global sales, business development as well as HP Practice Leads to successfully enable our sales team to successfully position our new services offerings.
Lead and drive the development of any new services specific campaigns working with Global Practice Leads
Develop & build Portfolio messaging, positioning, and training content for each focused pivotal initiative and communicate internally and externally
Identify and provide competitive insight new ACS Services portfolio capabilities working with Practice Leads & Portfolio Engineers
Lead the execution of Quarterly Global Launch Forum to communicate New Services Introductions to markets every quarter, hosting a virtual event plus communication newsletter.
Support Service Sales Play Launch activity globally, acting as Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Develop and Build Service Product Marketing content / collaterals working with third-party marketing agencies
Collaborates with Global Regions regarding service and support planning, implementation, and performance.
Performing business analysis identifying improvements.
Set and adhere to quarterly marketing collateral budgets
Manage Portfolio documents on various platforms and ensure consistency across services portfolio
University or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Degree in Business / Marketing / Communications or other technical fields
Experience in working with sales and partners in a complex environment
Typically 3+ years’ experience in directly related business.
Typically first level university degree or equivalent work experience
Keen interest in services both personally and professionally.
Self-starter who can manage multiple assignments and projects concurrently.
Moderate knowledge of IT and services industry.
Must be able to analyze problems and solve them creatively.
Good communication skills
Demonstrated knowledge of general marketing function either through education or work experience
Relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting
Strong team building, conflict resolution, and management skills
