Research and investigate complex issues for Unnaxs product defects using logs traces dumps scripts and other tools. Identify and scale situations requiring urgent attention to the Development team.
Monitor interfaces to detect deffects in our service. Partner with the Product team to highlight customers impact and influence the prioritization of defects / issues to manage fixes and documentation enhancement to ensure the satisfaction of our customers.
Continuously expand knowledge of the Customer Success Unit best practices procedures and systems. Manage relationships with key internal stakeholders (Pre-Sales Development and Product) to ensure success.
Act as a functional and technical expert for the customers. Fintech company. Looking for a Technical Support Engineer. BS or MS in Computer Science (preferably) or any Engineering.
Technical background and experience in software development and API technologies. Experience with ticketing tools. SQL knowledge.
Elastic knowledge. Fluent in Spanish and Advanced level of English other languages is a must. Proven experience to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
Curious and highly motivated with initiative flexibility and adaptability. Ability to handle high pressure customer situations and achieve resolution with a clear sense of urgency.
