Meaningful Work From Day One
This position will provide reliable and professional customer care throughout the entire process, from order taking via record management in the ERP System SAP to Invoice Issuance.
Standard Order Administration as well Exception Management such as e.g. customer complaints and product allocation supervision are in scope.
What You Can Expect :
Receive and process orders from customers in SAP Order to cash process (e.g. issuing pro-forma invoices, dispatch notes, VAT invoices, credit invoices)
Evaluate / manage specific orders (orders on hold, etc.)
EDI management & workflow (EDI exception failures)
Product allocation management
Tracking of possible discrepancies in delivery of goods to customers and processing order corrections
Customer requests / complaints management
Deal with customs issues when needed
Managing third party logistics activities and prioritization (picking / delivery / reworks)
Daily communications with 3PL and other suppliers to follow up on logistics issues
Cooperate with the sales force providing and exchanging information on customers, discounts and documentation, out-of-stocks and take an active part in problem solving linked to deliveries, etc.
Process orders from internal customers for promotional needs (e.g. spirits cabinet, tastings, etc.)
Responsibility for all master data with regards to customers, order management
New customer setup and maintenance in SAP
Act as interface to accounting to ensure proper credit control; prepare Credit and Debit memos
What you bring to the table :
Bachelor or similar
2-5 years post qualified experience in customer service / logistic department / area
Very good communication skills
Native / Expert command of Spanish language , speaking and writing
Good English language knowledge, speaking and writing
Solid knowledge of Financial / ERP System SAP (MM, SD) Applications
IT literate (good knowledge in MS Excel)
