To achieve our mission COSI is building a proprietary technology and data platform connecting hospitality services, real estate and guest experiences.
As the General Manager Spain you will be in charge of Cosi’s expansion and growth strategy. The role comes with high impact and responsibility, working closely with our Founders and Leadership Team.
Work closely with our Executives to define, implement and manage our Spanish market growth strategy being in full charge of your country's P&L
Lead COSI’s real estate expansion by identifying new properties and grow our Spanish portfolio of apartments
Establish relationships to help us develop partnerships with various stakeholders in the real estate sector such a property owners, funds, hotel owners and landlords
Maintain deal flow and ensure end-to-end deal management with the support of our Head Quarter
Qualify and pitch COSI to many of the largest developers and owners across your region
Develop and maintain a network of regional and national agents and broker partners to drive the supply pipeline
Define and optimize acquisitions funnels
Navigate local regulatory environment such as zoning, taxes, permitting obstacles etc.
Manage negotiation and structuring of deal closings
With the support of our Headquarter and cross functional collaboration :
build processes and best practice to onboard new locations
Communicate product and process needs to HQ
ensure new properties are opened on time, aligned with the brand / design vision, and according to set KPI’ s
4+ years of real estate / investment banking / consulting experience
Comprehensive knowledge in underwriting, equity structures, financing considerations, entitlements, construction, lease-up and negotiating commercial terms
You have an entrepreneurial mindset and feel comfortable in taking high impact decisions
You have a good understanding of public policy environment and can comfortably navigate through local legal / regulatory framework
You have built and are able to grow your network in order to gain access to decision makers in the real estate segment
You are a great communicator who uses easy-to-understand language to explain difficult or complex concepts
Real Estate related degree is a plus
Spanish native speaker and english fluent level are needed!
