Job Description
We are looking for a Business Development Manager - Solar Operations to join the company in a hyper-growth phase. You will work closely with the founders and leadership team on the supply side of the business to shape the business model and help us get to the next scale
Tasks
You will support us shaping the supply side of the business model, test hypotheses and build MVP products
You will own our installer partner strategy
You will negotiate deals with solar installer companies and build long-term partnerships
You will fine-tune our installer partnership model to create most value for our partners
You will manage the relationships with installer partners and accountable for performance metrics
You will collaborate very closely with the founders and support strategic decision-making
Qualifications
You have 5+ years of work experience in a challenging environment, ideally previous experience in the solar industry
You are interested in joining an early-stage company and ready to roll-up your sleeves
You have an entrepreneurial mindset and enjoy finding innovative solutions to challenging problems
You are motivated to have a positive impact on the planet and to change the way people think about energy production
You are a native Spanish speaker and fluent in English
