Experience
Passionate about sales
You have at least 3 years of experience in a field sales role, having managed meetings with C-level clients successfully;
Ideally, you have a background in the Payments and / or Banking / Financial industry, but mandatory is experience within a technological environment;
Responsibilities
Generate new sales leads through a mixture of inbound / outbound calling and emailing, prospection, marketing campaigns, and channel referrals.
Work and align the direct sales and channel team, contributing to generate growth
Assisting new clients in setting up their accounts in strong collaboration with Sales Support and Customer Service teams;
Qualify, develop, and maintain thorough company and product knowledge. Understand Worldline’s payment products offerings and effectively communicate and match them to the requirements and needs of potential clients
Accurately enter, update, and maintain daily activity and prospect information in Salesforce,
Effectively interact with other departments including, but not limited to technical integration and account management teams when necessary;
Keep updated on market trends and issues affecting the payments industry
Represent Worldline at industry events and tradeshows and collaborate in other marketing activities
Skills and Qualifications
3 years in sales within a payments / technology environment
Excellent communication, interpersonal, telephone, and organizational skills
Experience working with Salesforce.com or other CRM platforms
Experience in account management, customer relations or sales;
Excellent communication skills (written & spoken) in both Spanish and English is a must; good knowledge of Portuguese is considered a big asset.
Higher education, preferably in sales, or equivalent by a first experience in a similar role
