Our VP Sales will provide leadership, direction, and resource stewardship to the organization sales function. As the organization’s senior-most sales leader, the VP Sales is accountable for overall sales organization performance, the profitable achievement of sales organization goals in a global context, and for aligning sales objectives with the business strategy.
The VP Sales reports to the Chief Executive Officer.

Some of your responsibilities will be :
Align the sales organization’s objectives with the business strategy through active participation in corporate strategic planning, sales strategy development, forecasting, sales resource planning, and budgeting
Accountable for effective sales organization design, including sales job roles, sales channel design, and sales resource deployment (the sales organization includes Inbound and Outbound sales)
Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume, market share, and other key financial performance objectives
Lead learning and development initiatives impacting the sales organization, and provide coaching for the sales team
Partnership with the People department to establish learning and development objectives essential to the sales organization’s success, overseeing the effective delivery of learning and development programs
Establish and govern the sales organization performance management system. This includes establishing the sales organizational principles for managing performance, establishing and prioritizing critical performance measures for all sales functions, overseeing the equitable allocation of organization objectives across all sales channels, markets, and personnel;
and ensuring all the sales people are held accountable for assigned results
Provide leadership to the sales organization’s management team, while fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, high-performance, and ethical behavior
Proactively asses existing sales organization support investments, including those in technology, training, and administrative support
Lead sales organization change initiatives by continuously assessing the needs, championing those initiatives, and removing obstacles impeding constructive change
Lead the international expansion of Signaturit, bringing best practices from previous experiences
Establishe and maintain productive relationships with propestcs, customers and internal stakeholders
Accountabilities and Performance Measures
Achieve assigned organizational objectives for sales, profits, volume, and other strategic goals.
Supports the achievement of strategic objectives critical to other functional areas within Signaturit
Reports to the Chief Executive Officer
Peer colleague to other senior functional heads.
Direct report staff includes National and International Sales team managers
University / Bachelor’s degree
Proven sales management experience in a SaaS business-to-business (B2B) sales environment, in a hyper growth and fast paced environment
Proven experience leading a sales team (3-5 years) with a coaching approach
Proven and relevant experience selling into mid-market companies (up to 1000 employees)
This is you
Have lived a fundraising stage A or B in a startup company
High level of organizational and analytical skills : you go crazy with a beautiful company performance report
High level of communication skills (written / verbally), including public speaking
Process and data oriented : you like to keep the information organized and up to date
Proactive and detail oriented.
You are used to sales cycles from 0 to 6 months
Proficiency in English and Spanish
