Reporting directly to the CEO will be responsible for discovering and defining the product requirements and capabilities to develop a prioritized roadmap to bring an PV rooftop selling platform successfully to the market, taking special care of the value proposition definition and the lead generation activities (platform and campaigns).

  • Lead product strategy and development of the rooftop solar PV lead generation platform
  • Define and own end-to-end product vision, strategy, and lifecycle (this includes market needs, roadmap creation and communication, release planning, requirements gathering, functional specification all the way through to customer enablement and success) while being technical enough to specify and work with engineering to build the product .
  • Definition of the value proposition for end customers including HW, financing, bundling, pricing and margins.
  • Deeply understand the customer with follow-me-home research, usability studies, experiments, benchmarking and talking to customers
  • Transition business priorities into marketing strategies and tactics in conjunction with other teams to achieve broad financial and strategic goals.
  • Establish a best-in-class social, digital, and web presence that drives consumer awareness (content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, SEO) and leading innovation.
  • Lead a team of professionals in order to build a strong Product and Marketing team with the necessary skills, competencies and working practices to deliver high results and visibility.

  • Bachelor Degree
  • 7 - 10 years of experience in a role of product management and marketing, working with both Development teams and Customers, focused in GTM (Go To Market) to bring product ideas to commercial success, especially in the energy or telco space.
  • Experienced and interested in the decentralized energy world and new opportunities : digital utilities, PV rooftop, beyond the meter products and services, energy trading markets, smart home...
  • Data-driven : you are comfortable being hands-on in data directly, producing meaningful insights and data-based decisions.
  • Experience with Agile development and methodologies Others :
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills.
  • Fluent in English both, written and spoken, Spanish and others.
  • Availability to travel 20 - 50% of the time.
