The Technical Partner Manager will help prospective and current partners understand ZINIO’s API & client applications, supporting its integration.
The main tasks consist of owning the developer portal and documentation for those partners, assist them in explaining technical features, and problem-solving through potential roadblocks.
The successful candidates should also be able to understand and interpret technical requirements from clients and later support them throughout the implementation phase in collaboration with the project managers, the product owners, and the engineering teams.
Key responsibilities :
Be the first and main technical point of contact for existing partners and partner prospects.
Educate and guide external developers when building applications using ZINIO technology, both for external partners and other corporate internal company divisions.
Own and create technical documentation in the developer portal, supporting developers integrating with the Zinio APIs and SDKs.
Assess and provide technical guidance and support to the sales team during the pre-sales process, as well as the customer success team in the post-sales process.
Support project managers on the technical side during the project implementation phase, helping them with requirements and technical needs and set up to ensure the delivery.
Gather and articulate technical product feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with the Product Owners in defining technical requirements for product improvements and new functionalities supporting partners and prospects.
Support and share hands-on feedback from partners withEngineeringin the definition of technical improvements to ZINIO Services.
Required skills & experience :
Proven track record (1-2 years) in technical partnership management, technical project management, customer success management, or similar roles interfacing with external developers.
Experience in creating software documentation, ideally managing a developer portal.
Experience presenting and delivering technical pitches to external developers.
Detail-oriented, self-starter, must be organized, highly motivated, and a team player.
Must work well in a close multidisciplinary and multicultural team environment.
Knowledge of Postman (or other REST Clients) and basic SQL.
Nice to have :
Familiar with API specification standards like OpenAPI.
Experience in content / publishing industry companies.
Advanced SQL Knowledge.
