What We Are Looking For
Teladoc Health is hiring a Spain Sourcing Manager! You will work closely with our suppliers to carry out an update and reorganization of the supplier management systems.
This opportunity provides you a crucial role in company’s operations as well as productivity.
What You Will Do
Define the company's purchasing policy in terms of quantity, quality and price, set the annual economic objectives together with the General Director and implement this policy.
Analyze the needs of different departments and choose suppliers.
Collaborate with the medical team in choosing medical and healthcare providers.
Participate in contractual negotiations with the most important subcontractors, as well as in public tenders.
Control and monitor service providers : litigation regulation, compliance, SLA's.
Supervise and manage the availability of resources, adapting it to health campaigns. Follow the development and prepare the handbook of the Supplier Management programs.
Determine and distribute sourcing actions.
Develop relationships with other departments.
Occasionally report the area's command notebook.
University degree in business administration, law or engineering. Superior education or MBA would be a plus.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in service purchasing areas.
Fluent command of Spanish and English, in both written and verbal form. Additional languages desirable.
Ability and adaptability to work in a collaborative, dynamic and international environment.
Solid initiative, driven self-starter; able to work independently and manage results.
Experience in functional team management.
Outstanding negotiation abilities.
High capacity for analysis and decision making.
Leadership to influence, work in matrix organization.
Orientation to detail.
High customer orientation, involved in achieving objectives and business vision.
Hands on experience with sourcing software, CRM / ERP.
Experience in public tender management (€ 1-5M).
