  • Posted 51 mins ago Overview The candidate will be part of the eDreams ODIGEO Media Services team based in Barcelona. His / her core responsibility will be to improve existing commercial strategies and develop innovative products to ensure that global commercial targets are met.
  • They will also be responsible for focusing on expanding on advertising revenue sources for the company (not limited to display advertising).

    Main Responsibilities Results and Performance

  • To achieve and over perform the annual revenue targets for the German market.
  • To deliver a high impact on the Global Media Sales Budget.
  • Assist Director MS to create a high performance organization across markets by Optimising Sales KPI s per market and Sales Pipeline Metrics per market. New Business Development
  • Support commercial teams on local and global deal proposals, pitches and deal closing.
  • In collaboration with Brand, assist commercial teams in developing winning sales collateral (Tourist Boards and Media Agencies) Strategy
  • Assist Director of MS with long-term global sales strategy to ensure high productivity and results.
  • Assist Director of MS with product portfolio development and identifying new revenue streams not limited to Display advertising.
  • Assist with the development of Business Cases to pitch to internal stakeholders
  • Product (for new revenue streams)
  • Marketing (for improvements in our technology, customer journey tracking and campaign performance). Team Management (Germany)
  • Define quarterly objectives inline with the overall MS Commercial objectives.
  • Responsible for the development of the team in terms of advertising and commercial knowledge.
  • Conduct mid-year and annual performance reviews. Required Skills
  • 4+ years of Digital AdSales or Digital Advertising Consultancy experience.
  • 4+ years working with digital advertising technologies for Publishers including programmatic and data technologies.
  • Strong understanding of the holistic digital advertising landscape
  • Experience in managing teams in an international environment.
  • Experience in driving successful and high performing teams.
  • Sales-driven and focused on customer relationship management
  • Proactive, results-driven and analytical
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Ability to travel within Europe
  • Business Proficiency in English, another European language is highly valued
