With the recent acquisition of Talari Networks Oracle Communications addsleading SD-Wan solution to its portfolio targeted at Enterprise Customers,further expanding the capacity to support enterprises to run reliable and safecommunication environments.

The Sales Representative will be responsible for sales,development and growth of Enterprise business based on the Oracle Communicationssession delivery and SD-

Wan portfolio in Iberia Spain and Portugal.

Responsibilities :

Experience / Qualifications :

A minimum

High-energy, drive and self-motivation, fast learning. Self-starter personality with an outstanding commitment to Customer Satisfaction

Demonstrated track record of successful selling communications and / or networking solutions in the respective market

A minimum of 5 yrs. experience in sales in high tech, with a record of success in driving customer adoption of technology

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

Good network of contacts among Enterprise customers within the respective region

Strong knowledge of the business communication industry, competition, trends etc. Ability to create and explain solutions for end-

users, react to objections, build counter-competitive strategies

Fluency on consultative sales methodologies

Proven and consistent success in exceeding quarterly sales targets

Outstanding teamwork skills, ability to coordinate and identify resources from various teams

Ability to work with counterparts on every level of customer / partner organizations.

Ability and willingness to travel within assigned territory

Detailed Description and Job Requirements Sells a subset of product or services directly or via partners to a large number of named accounts / non-

named accounts / geographical territory (mainly Tier 3 accounts).Primary job duty is to sell business applications software / solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers.

Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application.

Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale.

Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical / business skills in area of specialization.

8 years applicable experience including 7 years of sales experience. Successful sales track record. Ability to penetrate accounts, meet with stakeholders within accounts.

Oracle knowledge and / or knowledge of Oracle's competitors. Interaction with C level players. Team player with strong interpersonal / communication skills.

Excellent communication / negotiating / closing skills with prospects / customers. Travel may be needed. Bachelor degree or equivalent.
