Summary of the role
In this role, you'll be responsible of assessing, both from a financial and a business perspective, the commercial chapter of airline negotiations.
This includes active support to negotiations, business assessment, pricing, financial modelling, proposal approval, submission to Investment Committee and post mortem analysis and corrective actions.
This involves evaluation of commercial negotiations and the ad-hoc support to Senior Management.
1) Airline commercial negotiations :
In the scope of Airline Distribution and AIT, you’d be responsible for the evaluation, modelling, and Investment Committee submission of commercial business cases. This will involve :
2) Strategic negotiations
Negotiations with other entities (not airlines) that, given its complexity and size, require deep understanding of the economical flows of the company and of the industry.
The role may vary on each case from actively participating / leading the financial dimension to providing specific support to M&A / Controlling department as required.
Main responsibilities include :
In all cases, close coordination with Top Management and with Corporate Strategy is required.
3) Sales controlling (Distribution)
You’ll be responsible for :
1. Airline agreements monitoring and accruals preparation. Main responsibilities include setting the initial budget and forecast exercises on a per airline basis based on input agreed with distribution sales and account management.
2. Provide all inputs needed to Pricing team in order to perform the Corporate Pricing annual exercise.
