AREA DESCRIPTION :
Aura is Telefónica’s artificial intelligence-powered digital assistant that will transform the way customers interact with Telefónica and manage their digital life with the company, which sits within the Chief Data Office, led by Chema Alonso.
Aura is available in six countries through Telefónica's own applications with different use cases. In some cases, customers will be able to talk to the network in real time through multiple channels and ask about their bill, the services contracted, data usage, and other content.

To do this we need an ambitious, pragmatic and creative Marketing & Communications Analyst to build our identity, generate engagement & movement, make things happen and position Telefónica as a market heavyweight.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSABILITIES :
Brand Guardianship : Help to position Telefónica as a key player in the AI market and ensure that Aura brand is consistent in all online and offline channels.
Events management and organization : You will be a strong communicator with internal and external stakeholders to lead the organization of our own in-
house events and our participation in external events all over the world, ensuring professionalism and attention to detail at all times juggling a wide range of tasks to meet demanding deadlines.
You will regularly attend events and create content to be used to make a noise about our initiatives.
Content curation and copywriting : You will have a knack for writing concise and sharp copy for the Aura website and our blog, maintaining the tone of voice of our brand and engaging the people who read our content online, internally and externally.
You will also work with our creative team and central marketing teams to creative high quality visual content such as infographics and visualizations.
Campaign analysis and community management for social channels in the personal branding strategic to top management profiles : You will have experience using social media to share and position content, maintaining our brand tone of voice with an eye for detail.
You will navigate social media comfortably detecting key influencers and interacting with our audience to position our brand further.
You will regularly use tools to measure our web and social campaigns, proactively making suggestions on how to optimize our online presence.
Communication and public relations : You will work regularly with our central internal and external communications teams to ensure coverage for our brand in a wide range of forums, online and offline.
Videos : you will have define and write a storytelling guion of Aura stories
Product Marketing : You will have an in-depth understanding of Aura's roadmap at the countries, regularly touching base with Product Managers and your team to understand roadmaps and meet their demands for product marketing materials (researchers, product uses cases, product landing pages, etc).
EDUCATION REQUIRED :
Undergraduate degree (BA or BSC) ideally in Advertising and Public Relations, Digital Marketing or Communications but open to all degree graduates.
SPECIFIC SKILLS :
Passionate about the digital Marketing and PR digital communication strategies applies to technology space. Regular reader of blogs and follower of tech trends such as AI and Big Data
Pragmatic, can-do attitude with a bias for action, keen to have responsibilities and own tasks and projects as well as being results oriented.
Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle many tasks and meet the demanding deadlines set by a digital marketing role, keen to upload content as soon as possible after events and product launches.
Exceptional communicator and natural networker, keen to meet people internally and externally.
Creative mind, keen to contribute ideas and originally ways to communicate and position our brand in the market.
International perspective. Keen to work with people from other countries and position our brand internationally, not just nationally.
Stickler for detail. A perfectionist in building a consistent and strong brand, always following brand guidelines, maintaining our tone of voice and style online and offline, internally and externally.
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE :
Microsoft Office (advanced in Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
Comfortable using digital tools (e.g. Trello, Onenote, Sharepoint, Slack, Google Docs, Canva).
Social media channel management (LinkedIn, Twitter, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Periscope, YouTube).
Video editing experience (iMovie, Final Cut).
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE :
3-5 years in marketing, communications, product marketing and business development roles for B2B products. International experience will be highly evaluated.
