The Talent Acquisition Team is expanding to strengthen our talent strategy to attract, hire, develop and retain the best people for each role.
The HR Talent Specialist will perform full-cycle recruitment according to the company requirements, keeping constant communication with hiring managers, HR and business to fill approved open positions aligned with business objectives.
The TS will thoroughly help execute and monitor sourcing activities and programs across various channels, including leveraging shared service sourcing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :
Uses and leverages the automated tracking systems, identifies candidates from numerous sources, initiates ads, screens and qualifies candidates and performs reference checks.
Identifies screening criteria and screens pre-qualified candidates, presenting a shortlist to the hiring manager for review
Provides feedback on candidates to hiring managers, agencies and / or directly to candidates.
Proactively sources and identifies qualified candidates, interviews, negotiate with and closes selected candidates for job openings, ensuring compliance with company policy, recruiting processes and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and maintain internal and external job postings.
Leverages the NTT Employee Value Proposition, High-Performance Culture (HPC) and corporate benefits materials to improve the NTT brand from a recruiting point of view
Builds strong relationships with all levels of management to understand business and talent needs
Ensures the recruitment process lifecycle is completed in a fast, efficient and professional manner at all times, minimizing the time to hire
Uses recruitment systems appropriately to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with data protection legislation
Works with other recruiters, operations management or workforce planning teams to understand short and long-term talent objectives and hiring forecasts for the area of responsibility
Works closely with the Talent Acquisition Team on ideas for process development and enhancement as well as creative strategies to fill critical roles
Ensures compliance with Company policies and guidelines, recruiting process and regulatory requirements

Foster positive teamwork and collaborate with management on recruiting initiatives
Technical Skills, Experience and Education :
Bachelor's degree is required. A plus if the candidate has a master's degree in HR.
Experience executing and delivering effective full-cycle recruiting tactics and best practices to source, attract, screen, recruit, and select quality candidates for critical positions.
1-2 years of recruiting experience required.
Staffing Agency candidates and experience in IT profiles are highly desirable.
Experience working in Applicant Tracking Systems
