Our client is urgently looking for an experienced Software engineer to come and join their team in Malaga as they are expanding the team to support a SASS migration platform

Our client builds innovative ways for their digital service deliveries alongside with cutting-edge technologies and agile methodologies.

They are a company focused in the Development and Deployment of Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions and flexible, intuitive and efficient mobile applications.

They collaborate with their customers exploring innovative paths to success the change, working alongside with our customers.

They have a global presence, with Spanish operations within a larger group. Located in the city centre of the multicultural and cosmopolitan Malaga

This position will be very rewarding and would suit someone looking to progress into a Lead role.

Qualifications and / or Experience

Essential

  • Previous Agile methodology experience
  • 5+ years previous experience as Software Developer or related position
  • 2+ years previous experience working with Azure and Microsoft ecosystem (Office 365,
  • Flow, .NET, etc.)

  • Understanding of modern software architecture such as MicroServices
  • Strong leadership technical skills
  • Good computer skills to analyse data and create reports
  • Strong track record of delivering initiatives on time and on budget
  • Ability to communicate and interact with all levels of the enterprise
  • Develop, motivate, retain and where appropriate recruit employees and set challenging
  • ambitious goals for the team

    Desirable

  • Previous experience automating processes
  • Knowledge of ISO27001 and the benefit of quality processes and procedures
  • Hands on measuring KPIs and able to adjust processes and procedures to meet goals
  • Skills

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Good interpersonal skills, able to interact and collaborate effectively, to support
  • colleagues and to deal with customers.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage tasks and where appropriate
