As the CRM Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing integrated communication strategies via following CRM channels : Email, Browser notifications and Mobile App.
You will also support the CRM team in delivering customer-centric projects, in collaboration with the wider JustFab EU and JustFab North America (US & Canada) teams.
In order to be successful in this role, you will demonstrate : great campaign coordination with global stakeholders, attention to detail to ensure campaigns are delivered to the highest quality standards and are hitting their targets, and strong analytical skills to analyze past campaign and influence future planning.

As the CRM Coordinator, you will participate in planning and be responsible for implementing and providing valuable insight for our marketing calendar and marketing campaigns across our CRM channels (Emails, Browser notifications and Mobile App) for our 7 business units (FR, UK, DE, ES, SE, DK, NL).
This position will report to the CRM Manager and will be based in Barcelona, Spain.
You will support the CRM Manager, with monthly planning, implementation and optimization of the of the CRM calendar, campaign content and Q&A process across our EU markets.
You will be responsible for providing weekly and monthly reports for CRM activity as well as specific campaign performance analysis when required.
You will suggest new tests and tactics based on segmentation, personalization, and customer insights to help improve performance.
You will coordinate with various departments (content, design, visual merchandising ) to ensure a good progress & execution of your campaigns.
You will be responsible for the set-up and the scheduling of marketing campaigns and ensure the deliverability for all business units.
An intern will support you in your daily tasks. You will be responsible for her / his work advancement and development in the company.
Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, competitor activity, innovations and opportunities within the CRM marketing space to inform future activity.
Required Skills :
1-2 years CRM experience in a digital B2C business.
Have experience using SailThru or a similar CRM Saas / Software.
Understanding of marketing automation techniques including A / B testing set up, list uploads, journey mapping set up.
Good knowledge of HTML / CSS for digital and email marketing campaigns.
Strong data analytics skills to understand and optimize performance of your campaigns.
You’ll have experience with segmentation / targeting / personalization tests.
Efficiency using web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Excel and pivot tables), with proven ability to extract meaningful insights from data to drive business growth.
You are reliable, proactive, rigorous, used to work with enthusiasm, reactivity, ability and have energy to operate in a fast-paced environment.
A good English level (B2-C1) is required as English is the company language.
