The role :
We are now looking for an Electrical Engineer to join the teams that develop systems in the Space Industry in our Barcelona HQ.
You will join a team responsible for the renewal of the control bench families for A6 launcher (from the control system to the acquisition system)
You will contribute to the whole life cycle of system development. Your responsibilities will be :
Design of System functional and technical requirements, when required.
Given the System Requirements and the initial solution, analysis and proposal of the best suitable technical solution (architecture design, material and suppliers selection, available existing solutions, and so on) until the agreement with the client.
Implementation of the detailed solution, being involved in the following task : design of electrical engineering including electrical drawing, instrument components selection, coding of PLCs, test and validation, and installation of validation platforms.
Verification and validation of the system, firstly with the Quality Department and then with the client through FAT (Factory Acceptance Test)
Commissioning of the system and SAT (Site Acceptance Test); training to the maintenance teams if necessary.
During the whole process, be involved in the writing of technical documentation including user manuals.

Your profile :
MSc. / BSc. in Industrial engineering (electronics, automation, electrical) or similar.
3 years experience in interpretation and design of electric schemes (use of Autocad or any electrical CAD)
3 years experience in instrumentation and signal conditioning of control systems
Experience in writing and technical documentation.
Fluent in English, minimum B2.
Availability to travel
Nice-to-have Requirements :
Experience with Beckhoff systems (TwinCAT and EtherCAT communications)
Experience in PLC programming (IEC 61131)
Experience with National Instruments and Labview
Good level in French.
Capability for work in a multilingual environment.
Knowledge in : UML codeTCP networks
