As our Senior HR Business Partner - Technology (f / m / d) you will act as a trusted business partner for assigned C-Level members of the tech & product business units and will be included in the leadership team of the respective division
The exciting opportunity we have to offer :
You will be involved in all people related topics and take part in regular meetups and coaching sessions with C-Level to become an integrated HR Business Partner.
You will ensure effective and tailored performance management within the designated division by e.g. holding regular performance calibration sessions, offering conversation support for managers and providing PDP / PIP support.
You will work on tailored management and implementation of global people practices into current business reality.
In this role you will be part of the global people leader team and collaborate to create and implement global people practices as well as lead change management efforts in divisions to implement those people practices amongst leaders, people managers & employees.
You will take over global responsibility of at least one global people program including program management, project leadership, creation of training material for roll out, etc.
You will drive positive company culture and an inclusive work environment by driving one key cultural topic such as recognition culture, diversity, etc.
What will help you to be successful in this role :
Relevant business partner experience, including a proven track record of successful project delivery, coaching of senior leaders, and working in a fast paced environment
At least 5 - 6 years professional experience in a comparable position, ideally with commercial business areas
Strong capabilities in the fields of talent management, organizational development, and project management, an independent and reliable way of working, with a hands-on mindset
Strong stakeholder management and solutions development required
Solid knowledge of local (Spanish) labor law
Ability to build effective relationships at all levels
Proactive, committed, team-oriented and attention to detail
Strategic thinker with hands-on approach
Ability to use discretion and empathy as well as be highly assertive
Fluent in Spanish and English; every other language is a plus
