time Description : Position : Senior Brand Manager - Foods Department : Markering Location : Viladecans WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR : We're looking for a Senior Brand Manager -

Foods to join our Marketing Foods department in our Barcelona office. The Senior Brand Manager is the owner of the Brand in the Op.

Co. Leads the development of the national Brand Marketing Plan, within the category plan guidelines, to meet company goals.

Leads a multifunctional team to implement the plan in the market place and monitors performance of the support plans. Participates in various cross-

functional teams - NRM, CMI, CCP, Regional Brand Teams and externally with local support agencies such as PR, sponsorship, activation and channel.

You also bring perspective on performance against monthly target and respond to category gaps or activation requirements identified through the CCBT.

WHAT YOU'LL DO : BRANDVISION PLAN (BVP)

  • Takes the BVP and translates it into the BMP. BRAND MARKETING PLAN
  • Leads integrated Brand Marketing Plan development and deployment :
  • Brand audit, Jobs to be done, 8Qactivity plans, Scorecards & in-market pricing.
  • Proposes brand activity and measurable objectives
  • Responsible for the brand P&L & help drive profitability of the brand.
  • With Customer Development, sets national level brand KPI's and channel marketing strategy and identify relevant in-store solutions.
  • Engage with key customers alongside CD.
  • Leads the development of draft and final channel plans
  • Activates campaign ideas in the national market
  • Monitors brand performance to implement appropriate plan changes.
  • Responsible for Brand Communications : Checking translation of advertising into local language and adaptation to comply with local regulations, Activation advertising / tactical local copy, allocation of media budget within AP parameters, PR & Sponsorship.
  • Provides input to volume forecasting, financial updates and monitors key indicators and drivers of brand performance (6P's).
  • Recommends solutions and implement improvements to meet annual targets.

  • Helps coaching of Brand Building Assistant Manager in Brand Building skills and competencies.
  • Develop and execute Category / Brand building plans
  • Lead multi-functional innovation project teams
  • Lead full mix development for 20 / 10 innovation projects from Charter to Post Launch
  • Grow COTC through increased penetration INNOVATION & RENOVATION
  • Responsible for launch management; building launch plans and channel strategies (promotions, media and POS), Customer sell-
  • in and legal & regulatory issues. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED :

  • University degree, with an emphasis in business
  • 5 years relevant, progressive marketing experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong analytical abilities, organizational skills and creativity.
  • Project management and strong knowledge of financials is also required.
  • Business planning and implementation experience.
  • Passionate, energetic, results driven individual with proven leadership abilities.
