AWS is building out a remote sales function to drive growth across a small set of AWS’ largest, most complex and sophisticated existing Enterprise customers, as well as the highest priority acquisition targets.
In this role, the team you build will be aligned to a target set of Enterprise prospects / customers and will work closely with the Area and segment leadership teams to build a plan to execute on the Area, segment and account priorities.
As a manager for the Enterprise Central Sales team you will build a high impact and diverse team of Central Sales Representatives who are responsible for teaming with field, specialist and technical functions to deploy Enterprise specific account management / acquisition tactics.
You will manage career growth and development of CSRs, coach the team on performance, sales plan and strategy. Your team will help to grow the consumption of current and new AWS services across priority prospects / customers in the Enterprise space.
