We are looking for a Digital Commerce Associate manager in Málaga

Work cooperatively to enable the execution delivery or product work for Digital Commerce projects, by creating, implementing and managing client portfolio to achieve customer expectations.

Engage key stakeholders and participate them on monitoring and reporting progress. May have responsibilities for the financial and operational management.

Wide latitude in decision making and determination of objectives and approaches to critical assignments. Manage large complex digital commerce teams and / or work efforts ensuring high levels of quality and added value to the client.

Key Responsibilities

Across multiple digital commerce projects performs business operations activities such as reporting & tracking, demand / supply, managing risk / issues at a project level or account.

Drives project success with minimal supervision

Scale a new End-to-End Digital Commerce approach across our activation network that rivals all competitors and delivers on dynamic delivery through E2E relevant services (Demand Generation, Intelligent Commerce, Data & Analytics, Supply Chain, Customer Services)

Forecast and track the portfolio of projects and functions

Design appropriate management reports / scorecards that articulate financial results and highlight inefficiencies

Develop and improve standardized operational processes

Drive and implement continuous improvement and optimization programs for operational processes

Drive the Gen 4 / 5 agenda in the program

Identify and work with Account Leadership on management of the sales opportunity / new business process

Ensure delivery / products and operations programs and related work teams have a clear strategy and approaches in place that link to the overall program or account blueprint

Manage resources dedicated to Business Commerce Operations environment

Help identify leadership roles and ensure succession plans are in place for each key role

Ensure appropriate communications plans are in place at the program or account level

May participate in / lead special projects as needed

May support organization transformation and communication efforts as needed

Requires identifying and assessing complex problems for area of responsibility. Creates solutions in situations in which analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Requires adherence to strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near-term goals.

Interaction with senior management at a client and / or within Accenture, involving matters that

Develop new content solutions to fully leverage the converged divisions of sales, marketing & customer service to execute on the vision of best customer experiences every time, everyplace, everywhere

Create provocative POVs & platform speeches on Digital Commerce Services to drive innovation and thought leadership in the industry and market

Develop new metrics that properly evaluate the Digital Commerce Services experience giving Digital Commerce Operations a proprietary scorecard with which to evaluate our activation standards

Develop new commerce solutions to fully leverage the converged divisions of sales, marketing & customer service to execute on the vision of best customer experiences every time, everyplace, everywhere

Create provocative POVs & platform speeches on Digital Commerce Services to drive innovation and thought leadership in the industry and market

Work with data and analytics to create a predictive behavioral approach that demonstrably delivers business outcomes for clients

Requirements :

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

100% proficiency in English and Spanish.

Proven Digital Commerce and / or Marketing Experience

Ability to lead multiple projects and drive change

Ability to communicate and work with all levels of internal management and external clients to complete assignments

Ability to work in a multinational environment and to effectively create partnerships with senior staff

Work as a team player. Ability to lead, manage and develop talent.

Work effectively and cooperatively with customers, co-workers, vendors, and / or management.

Handle fast paced and challenging job demands.
