What’ll you be doing?

Able to lead complex development project activities as a subject matter expert

Troubleshooting problems and use of expertise to work through coding issues

Working as part of our Scrum teams to give input into the direction and progression of project

Able to step in for tech lead where required

Testing your own code and peer reviewing the code of others

Uilising / applying agile methodologies

Helping more junior engineers to grow

Being curious, creating, growing and using your growth give input and make technology recommendations

Taking responsibility for your progression with your manager and using your personal development budget how you see fit

What do you need?

5 Years of experience using Java and SpringBoot

Experience with most of our technology stack

Strong English Skills
