What you will do

As part of your responsibility you will be involved at multiple stages in the life cycle of the applications. In different moments and contexts, you will :

Gather requirements with internal clients, design solutions and produce technical documentation (when needed);

Coordinate or directly execute the implementation of business requirements into our applications, or oversee third party suppliers in the execution of such activities (Change Management);

Take care of incident internally or with the support of vendors;

Monitor application performance and proactively ensure availability of services;

Become the reference of the technologies and systems under your responsibility;

Consolidate knowledge about the business processes and impacts related to the systems under responsibility (Knowledge Management);

Contribute and comply with the best practices and quality standards of the team;

What you bring & who you are

Programming skills in any language (C#, Java, Python...)

Working experience with databases

Critical Thinking

Fluency in English and a good understanding of Spanish.
