We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our EMEA Talent Acquisition team.
What you will do :
Full cycle recruitment, responsible for the whole journey from the point of hiring approval, discussion with the hiring manager to set the recruitment strategy and manage its execution through sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, hiring decision, negotiations, offer management to offer acceptance and onboarding.
Gain a good understanding of Blue Yonder products / solutions, business model, organization, strategy, and drivers.
Partner closely with the business to evaluate strategic growth, hiring objectives and develop recruiting plans to meet business needs.
Develop and implement effective and innovative recruiting strategies to attract and source high quality candidates.
Drive sourcing activities through knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and advanced sourcing techniques to identify candidates and build a robust talent pipeline.
Continuously champion our inclusive hiring practices and execute on our diversity sourcing initiatives.
Track, analyze and report on recruiting data in an accurate, timely and compliant manner.
Partner with the Hiring Manager, Business, and our Recruiting Team to ensure the best candidate experience.
Maintain current knowledge of recruiting industry trends, innovations, improvements, and best practices.
What we’d like you to have :
5 years of full life cycle recruitment experience within the enterprise software industry or relevant business / industry experience.
Demonstrated success in sourcing and recruiting Technical Pre-sales / Solution Advisor, Account / Customer Executive, Business Development, and management level sales candidates within the enterprise software industry - highly preferred
Experience managing large requisition loads and multiple business partners with the ability to work effectively with external vendors, external candidates, and internal applicants.
Expertise using direct sourcing strategies to find, attract, assess, and hire top talent.
Experience in building a robust pipeline of top sales talent.
Proficient in using Boolean logic and LinkedIn Corporate Recruiter.
Exceptional negotiating, closing, and follow-through skills.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, Workday is a plus.
A Strong bias for action, drive to succeed and sense of urgency with willingness to go the extra mile to attract and hire the best talent.
Strong verbal and written communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
A proven track record of exceeding expectations in a fast paced, innovative, and high-growth enterprise software environment.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Additional language skills a plus
