This position is responsible for the Cloud Business Development providing sales and pre-sales support. Identifying opportunities and contributing to the design and configuration requirements related to client proposals.
This individual assists with the creation and support of the NTT portfolio to clients by engaging with them during the planning and solution definition phase and defining the standards of work (SoW).
Develops specific marketing plans and activities for specific product(s) or services to establish, enhance or distinguish product placement within the competitive area.
Develops business plans and managed services positioning in the marketplace. Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity and identifies customer needs.
Establishes pricing strategies. Works with the European GTM team, NTT SCoEs, vendors and local sales to develop new products / services or enhance existing capabilities.
Working at NTT The Cloud Specialist : is responsible for leading the Cloud GTM strategy for their area to deliver customer & partner success, resulting in revenue and growth.
Must develop strong partnerships across marketing, partners, services and sales to lead and execute the priorities and has overall responsibilities for enabling each Area teams’ success by : Lead the Cloud business in alignment with other business owners Empower Customers to Migrate & Innovate apps to the cloud and enable them to build skills and govern their cloud journey Build and land growth plans to win and maximize the local market opportunity, based on the NTT priorities Drive business outcomes by executing local Cloud GTM plan to exceed business targets Key Roles and Responsibilities : Maintain product knowledge and evangelize the product internally and externally to press, enthusiasts, influencers, sales (for pre-sales and consumption driving) customer and partner scenarios Assists with the creation and delivery of technical solutions to clients by engaging with them during the planning and solution definition phase and defining the standards of work (SoW).
Review, update and analyse user and technical requirements, specifications development, solution design and development, propose technical solutions and provide a high-level design of technical or service solutions to meet the client’s requirements.
Provide support and assist with configurations and escalated problem management with vendors. Teams enablement : Contribute to the development of technical training and training programs.
Contribute technical expertise to the design and configuration requirements in relation to RFP / RFI and proposals of complexity.
Regularly review the solution roadmap and milestones. Work closely with the sales team to evaluate and activate new accounts.
Contribute to the knowledge base of solutions and services by sharing best practices and lessons learnt with clients. Understand the client’s environment, business needs and provide expertise and consulting on the relevant solutions.
Work closely with vendors (AWS, Microsoft & Google) to understand their strategies for solutions and services, can articulate the roadmap, and associated impacts for clients.
Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance to process and policy governance by continuously reviewing processes.
Go-to-Market Planning : Own the local product marketing strategy in accordance with growth and bridge models. Use corporate guidance to align Cloud Priorities and Programs & Investments Orchestrate the creation of local and European Public Cloud GTM plans and investment decisions.
Lead targeting for local market-owned activities, partner with segment / channel teams to prioritize investment decisions for non-product-marketing owned activities.
Develop competitive strategies to drive target market share gains. Respond to new market, product, strategy dynamics Knowledge, Skills and Attributes : Robust understanding of the Public Cloud industry environment and business needs.
Demonstrate knowledge of market, verticals, horizontals, business administration and business change. Ability to lead technical design workshops with the client and NTT stakeholders.
Possess good technical, quantitative, and analytical skills. Possess the ability to work with clients and business teams to create client-orientated solutions and services.
