He / She will propose, define, plan and coordinate NPDs and / or improvements of the existing ones, according to the strategy agreed with Marketing Director and company procedures, with the aim of ensuring the assortment of the product haircare category and the achievement of our sales goals.Principal Duties :
Developes and executes Marketing Mix plans for new or existing products in the company, within haircare category.
Studies and understands claims, uses, sales arguments, etc. of assigned product portfolio.
Adapts and updates haircare portfolio list, identifying and proposing new business opportunities.
Proposes sales actions for new products and improvements of existing ones.
Writes the commercial content of the labels to include in the final arts, according to the strategy defined for the product.
Analyse profit forecast befour launching.
Prepares commercial presentations of its categories focused on internal sales and customers or for other needs in which it is required.
MARKET RESEARCH :
Be up-to-date on the products, positioning and prices of the national and international market, detecting needs / business opportunities.
Analyze market data : Kantar, Nielsen, Mintel, etc.
Leads and coordinates projects for the development and improvement of projects, collaborating in their development with the other departments involved.
LEADERSHIP AND ORGANIZATION
Guides and trains Assistant Product Managers with the aim to assure their propossed marketing plan.
Master in Cosmetics or Marketing Master Degree.
Background as Product Manager in Cosmetics for haircare.
Strong analysis and communication skills. Teamleadership ( 2-3 assistant product managers)
