The Program Management Office leads the strategic approach to executing a portfolio of programs that deliver value to Sportradar customers and internal stakeholders.

THE ROLE :

As a Program Manager you will be interacting and coordinating between internal stakeholders, senior managers, and external customers.

You will have responsibility of managing the delivery timeline, risk, scope, quality and budget of the programs that you are accountable for.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Scoping and planning programs and projects and managing the life-cycle from cradle to grave.
  • Driving programs through risk management and mitigation of blockers.
  • Organizing and chairing program meetings with external customers to report on progress and discuss program strategy.
  • Organize and chairing internal working groups, steering groups and standup meetings to ensure delivery.
  • Maintaining budgets to ensure cash burn and investment remains within the programs control parameters.
  • Ensuring the scope and benefit of the program is maintained throughout the lifecycle.
  • Project planning for specific deliverables and maintaining the program timeline.
  • Identify areas of improvement.
  • Managing agile communication, ensuring information flow by prioritizing face-to-face communications.
  • Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
  • Defining the program governance (controls) in-line with the organization’s strategic goals.
  • REQUIREMENTS :

  • Experience working as Program / Project Manager for software development and within an agile environment.
  • At least 2-5 years’ of experience.
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
  • Experience with medium / large sized projects.
  • Demonstrate that you can manage relationships with external clients and suppliers.
  • Ability to demonstrate managing the following aspects within a project : Timeline / Gantt chart planning with MS project or similarBudget managementRisk managementChange logs
  • You are a team player and leader that will thrive from working in a dynamic and changing environment.
  • Proficient in Business English
