Job Description

  • Develop a long-term vision of Seller Growth for all seller segments
  • Lead product development, and operation teams to deliver a world-class seller growth experience
  • Identify and execute the product roadmap and program innovation to drive this vision. Collecting and documenting project requirements.
  • Recommending new systems and processes, and improvements in operations

  • Managing day-to-day operational aspects of the project, its team, scope, budget, timelines, etc.
  • Manage the growth operation team to constantly improve productivity and seller experience. Ensuring completion of deliverables and adherence to timelines
  • Preparation and presentation of schedules, budgets and other documentation to internal clients.
  • Direct the tech team to support large scale integrations with big sellers
  • Motivating teams of cross-functional disciplines to achieve the desired project goals
  • Job requirements

  • 3+ years e-commerce experience; successful experience with TOP online platforms in Europe or worldwide
  • 1+ years of experience in managing high performing team
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Business discipline, Master’s degree is a plus
  • Proven track record of translating customer needs into business / product requirements
  • Track record of delivering results for large, cross-functional, projects, preferably within an e-commerce environment
  • Business and technical experience including experience driving operations in an ecommerce business with emphasis on metrics
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems. In particular, identifying customer (buying and selling) needs and inventing new ways to meet those needs
  • Solid experience in project management processes and tools. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
  • Self-driven and self-motivated mind-set, ability to complete tasks with minimum supervision
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively deliver the vision and mission to gain the people’s commitment to achieve objectives with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
  • Bias for action, and experience making things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Spanish native and English proficient
