Now hiring a dynamic and self-starter Inside Sales Account Manager to join the multicultural and multinational company Team based in Madrid (Spain)

How You'll Help us Connect The World

You work closely with the company field sales teams, and field sales management to identify targets, that will grow the company’s business and position their solutions.

The scope includes new business to end-users through our Ecosystem of partners : Channel Distributors, Installation Business Partners, Consultants, Engineers, General Contractors, and Integrators.

Driving revenue growth - building and gathering demand within your assigned accounts and selling the full spectrum of the portfolio enterprise, wireless, services, technology, and solutions.

Handling and developing relationships lead effective business relationships and map key partners, at both functional and management levels within the customer.

Execute Client Strategy - responsible for implementing the account strategy to improve new service opportunities while acting as the client advocate.

Engage Client through Thought Leadership - by establishing as a business advisor, demonstrating critical thinking.

Represent the One Face of the company - Crafts opportunities for selling outstanding, valuable solutions through the effective positioning of the company's portfolio.

Required Qualifications for Consideration

  • High level of English written and spoken in a business environment together with a good level of German. French will be a plus.
  • Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, consultative-led sales engagements, and multi-party consultation with partners and clients.
  • Proficiency in or similar CRM solutions, corporate efficiency, and web presentation tools.
  • Knowledge of relevant geographic market and competition relevant to the company's product and services portfolio.
  • You Will Excite Us If You Have

  • Experience in having developed and executed business strategies to meaningfully increase account growth and revenue with an aptitude for account mapping and utilization of online tools and resources to conduct research and due diligence to understand client business drivers.
  • Knowledge of IT Networking market and the ability to absorb and communicate the company's product / services portfolio.
